I had a chance to visit the MOE Heritage Centre at the Balestier MOE HQ campus recently and I was quite pleased to see some familiar things and names, as well as some old (but new to me), stuffs.

There was a section that featured the Goh (Keng Swee) report and some of the developments of that time as a result of it.

I was pretty fascinated when I learnt about the 'edupad' which was piloted in some schools before Y2K (year 2000). For the tech available back then, I would consider this a pretty great innovation.

There was also an old-school classroom set-up with faux chalkboard and all as well as classroom artefacts from back then placed inside the wooden tables.

I was actually also keen to look for a special feature of my Soaper Fight game and related FHBL and BL work from the Covid times. 

Sadly, the tablet placed at the pandemic-inspired games feature was password locked so one could not access it there and would instead have to scan the QR code to https://go.gov.sg/moehc-segame2.
